BIOL 406-01 Cell and Molecular Biology

Ramapo College of New Jersey

Hello and welcome to my webpage!

The purpose of this webpage is to display the knowledge gained from conducting a research project in Bioinformatics.  All of the data was compiled from November 10, 2006 through December 15, 2006.  The concepts and methods used in performing the research for this project were a culmination of all of the knowledge conveyed in a semester of Cell and Molecular Biology lecture and lab classes taught at Ramapo College of New Jersey by Dr. Paramjeet S. Bagga and Dr. Ash Stuart.  None of the physical procedures listed in the extraction and purification of the protein were actually conducted.  These hypothetical steps were simply mentioned to demonstrate a practical situation in which Bioinformatics technology could be used.
